Giovedì is an Italian Asian restaurant in the heart of Chinatown by husband and wife team Bao Tran and Jennifer Akiyoshi. The à la carte menu features pan-Asian flavors prepared with classic Italian culinary technique: a reimagining of the term “Asian-Fusion.”
